This town of Malaga is characterized for having a great activity and above all in the summer months in which it receives tourists from different countries such as England, Germany, France and Scandinavian countries, in addition to the Spanish tourism.
There are several activities that you can do when visit it and getting to know this municipality. If you like to stroll and shop, it is recommended to stroll along San Miguel Street (Main Street of Torremolinos) full of souvenir shops as well as jewelry stores. This street leads us to the Torre de los Molinos. It is also known as Torre de Pimentel, was built to protect the industrial and agricultural area from attacks. In addition to shops, there are many places to sit and have a drink; being a central location makes it a place to get lost in the surrounding streets.
Another place that you should not leave behind is in its promenade, where we recommend doing it at sunset and ending up having dinner in one of the many restaurants where you can eat traditional or international food.
On the promenade you will find El Morro, a natural monument that can be seen from anywhere along the coast of Torremolinos. It is a natural frontier of the most famous beaches: La Carihuela and El Bajoncillo.

This dwelling belonged to the Luque-Navajas family related to the sugar cane business. His style is neo-Mudejar accompanied by Mozarabic touches. It is used for the celebration of weddings or other ceremonies; besides exhibitions, concerts, etc.
If you’re looking to breathe fresh air and disconnect, Battery Park is your place. Its location makes you forget the “artificial” and enjoy nature. Here you will find an artificial lake, where you can take a walk on a boat. There is a lookout point, different trail routes, adapted areas for physical exercise, bike lane, children’s zone, etc.
